Cancellations

Cancellation requests are considered only if made immediately after placing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipping initiated, cancellations may no longer be possible. Prompt action is essential to facilitate cancellations.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Orders with a total value of Rs.1500 or above are eligible.
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Late refund requests may only be considered under specific circumstances, such as verifiable errors in the order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. We will initiate verification with the merchant before processing the request.

Product Expectations

If the delivered product does not match its description or fails to meet expectations, notify Customer Service within 2 days. Each complaint will be reviewed, and resolutions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for support or replacement.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
